Customer Support Representative

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle

    inbound and outbound calls

    for an international process, focusing on collections.
  • Manage both

    B2B (Business-to-Business) and B2C (Business-to-Consumer)

    collection efforts.
  • Provide exceptional

    customer support

    while effectively resolving collection-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet collection targets and service standards.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Experience:

    Minimum of

    1 year of international experience

    is required, specifically in

    collections (B2B, B2C)

    and

    voice process

    .
  • Skills:

    Excellent communication skills

    are mandatory.
  • Joining:

    We are looking for

Additional Information
