We are seeking candidates for the position of International Voices Process for our UK/US operations based in India. This role is ideal for individuals looking to enhance their communication skills and gain experience in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for UK/US clients.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients in a professional manner.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve targets and improve processes.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
