Hiring for International Banking Process- Voice Customer Service Role

Looking for people with minimum one year relevant experience in International Voice process

Key Responsibilities:

Provide voice support for international transactions and payments
Assist with KYC, fraud-related issues, and technical troubleshooting
Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner
Maintain compliance with security and data privacy regulations

Desired Candidate Profile

1-4 years of customer service experience - Voice (Only Graduate Experienced)
Should possess excellent verbal and written communication
Strong command of grammar and syntax
Work location : TELUS International, Candor TechSpace, Sector 135, Noida
Candidates should be okay with the work from office role
Should be comfortable with night shifts
Enjoys a flexible working schedule
