Customer Support Representative

Role Overview: You will be joining as a Customer Support Representative in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve complaints effectively, and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls. - Provide accurate and timely information to customers. - Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively. - Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers. - Record customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. Qualification Required: - Education: HSC Pass or any Graduate - Experience: Prior BPO or customer service experience preferred, freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply. - Communication: Must have good spoken and written English skills. - Age: 18 to 32 years - Gender: Male and Female both can apply Additional Details: The company offers a friendly work environment, career growth opportunities, and training and support for your professional development.
