Job Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 CTC (based on interview performance)

Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Representatives to join our growing team in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Both experienced professionals and freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Record customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: HSC Pass or any Graduate
• Experience: Prior BPO or customer service experience preferred, but freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
• Communication: Must have good spoken and written English skills.
• Age: 18 to 32 years
• Gender: Male and Female both can apply
