Customer Support Representative (Non-Voice)

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to deliver high-quality assistance to our customers through non-voice communication channels. This role involves being the primary point of contact for customer interactions, ensuring queries are handled efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience across email, chat, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email, live chat, and social media channels
• Provide accurate information, support, and issue resolution to customers
• Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and internal databases
• Stay informed about products and services to offer effective support
• Follow up with customers for feedback, confirmations, and payment-related matters
• Ensure customer issues are resolved within defined timelines
• Work during night shifts from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and Email)
• Strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Good multitasking and time-management skills
• Strong typing proficiency (minimum lower typing qualification required)
• Any Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Support roles
• Candidates must be based in Chennai

We are looking for someone nearby Porur, Chennai range only. The location of the office is Iyyappanthangal.

Compensation

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹25,000, based on experience and skill set
