Job Description

Role & responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency. Your role is crucial in ensuring our customers receive the support and information they need, leaving them with a positive impression of our company. Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally. Provide accurate information about our services. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions. Document client interactions and update records in the system. Maintain a high level of Service knowledge to effectively assist clients. Follow company protocols and procedures for handling calls. Preferred candidate profile Fluent in English and Hindi ,( Mandatory), Punjabi Previous customer service experience is preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Familiarity with CRM system and basic computer knowledge. Perks and benefits PF, Insurance, Certification, Gratuity will be paid as per rules. One-way cab (within 5 KM), Five days week, There will be 15 leave days permitted every year. Note: Holidays will be given based on the Canadian calendar. Some of these holiday days/dates may change from year to year
