Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain

  modern, responsive WordPress websites

  .
• Optimize

  website speed

  , performance, and

  Core Web Vitals

  .
• Ensure all websites are

  mobile-friendly

  and

  cross-browser compatible

  .
• Customize themes and plugins to meet client and project requirements.
• Use

  custom code

  when necessary for advanced functionalities.
• Monitor website performance andproactively fix speed or technical issues.
• Manage and configure hosting (shared, VPS, or cloud) and handle DNS, SSL, and backups.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to implement changes effectively.
• Ensure timely delivery of all assigned tasks and projects.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum

  4 years of WordPress development experience

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  HTML5, CSS3, PHP, JavaScript

  , and

  MySQL

  .
• Skilled in using

  Elementor

  , WPBakery, or Gutenberg page builders.
• Hands-on experience in

  website speed optimization

  (caching, CDN, lazy loading, etc.).
• Ability to design visually appealing pages for

  both desktop and mobile

  .
• Familiarity with

  SEO best practices

  and

  on-page technical SEO

  .
• Good understanding of

  plugin selection, customization, and troubleshooting

  .
• Experience with

  domain/hosting setups

  , including control panels like cPanel or Plesk.
• Excellent time management and the ability to work independently.
• Able to work in the evening shift(6.30pm-3.30am IST)
