Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot issues in

  • Assist clients with ad campaign setup, optimization, and performance queries.
  • Maintain accurate case records and meet SLA & quality benchmarks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for escalations.

Required Skills

  • Chat support certified

  • Versant communication proficiency

  • 1+ years of customer support experience
  • Knowledge of

    AdTech

    platforms

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with DV360, AdX, or other ad servers
  • Basic HTML/JavaScript understanding for tag troubleshooting
