Customer Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Provide customer support via chat and email.
Troubleshoot issues in
Ad Management
(trafficking, delivery, reporting).
Assist clients with ad campaign setup, optimization, and performance queries.
Maintain accurate case records and meet SLA & quality benchmarks.
Coordinate with internal teams for escalations.

Required Skills

Chat support certified
Versant communication proficiency
1+ years of customer support experience
Knowledge of
AdTech
platforms

Preferred Skills

Experience with DV360, AdX, or other ad servers
Basic HTML/JavaScript understanding for tag troubleshooting
