Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat to resolve inquiries and issues.
Assist customers with account setup, trading platform navigation, and transaction-related queries.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Educate customers on the features and benefits of our products and services.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner.
Monitor customer feedback and provide insights for continuous improvement of our products and services.

Requirements:

Experience of 0 to 1 Years
Bachelor’s degree Completed.

Fresher required.

· Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Comfortable using computers
Experience working with customer support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
