Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our BPO team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-5 years of experience who are looking to grow their careers in customer support. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while providing excellent service. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience. Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate teams as necessary. Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills. Skills and Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Proficient in using computers and customer service software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
