Customer Support Representative

Bestinn Leisure Hotels & Resorts is a Kerala-based hospitality group operating boutique hotels and nature resorts across South India, looking for a telecaller in Thrissur Office

The Tele-Caller is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to promote Bestinn Leisure’s hotel and resort offerings, assist guests with inquiries, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads for room bookings, packages, and promotions.
• Handle inbound calls professionally, addressing guest inquiries about properties, prices, availability, and amenities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Provide personalized customer support that reflects the Bestinn Leisure service standards.
• Coordinate with reservation teams to ensure smooth confirmation of bookings.
• Meet daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages (Malayalam/Tamil/Kannada preferred).
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM or booking systems.
• Customer-focused attitude with strong persuasion and follow-up skills.
• Prior experience in hospitality/tele-sales is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
