Customer Support & User Success Executive (Remote)

This role also includes managing backend admin tasks, handling user verification, assisting with listings, and ensuring a smooth experience across the platform.

• Ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, understands digital platforms, and can manage support operations calmly and professionally.

User Support & Engagement

• Support users (talent + clients) via WhatsApp, chat, and email.
• Help talents complete their profiles — photos, details, portfolio, social links, etc.
• Guide clients on how to post talent calls, event requirements, and listings.
• Resolve user queries quickly, professionally, and with clarity.

User Onboarding

• Assist new talents in understanding the platform, creating optimized profiles, and getting verified.
• Follow up with users who haven’t completed onboarding.
• Provide tutorials, instructions, and simple walkthroughs.

Admin & Operational Support

• Handle verification of users, portfolios, and listings.
• Manage backend admin dashboard tasks such as:
• Reviewing uploads
• Approving/rejecting profiles
• Updating listings when needed
• Report bugs, suspicious activity, or inappropriate content.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Comfortable handling WhatsApp-based support
• Ability to guide users with patience and clarity
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple chats at once
• Comfortable with remote work & using admin dashboards
