Customer Support - Night Shift (English)

Role Overview: As a part of the Bhanzu team, you will play a crucial role in being the primary point of contact for customers, representing the company's values and dedication to supporting learners worldwide. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer queries promptly, proactively engaging with customers through various communication channels, identifying their needs, proposing solutions, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Your role will also involve staying updated on the company's products and services to provide accurate and efficient assistance. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a single point of contact and represent Bhanzu support for customers. - Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and accurate manner. - Proactively engage with customers through outbound calling to establish rapport. - Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Follow up with customers to ensure resolution of their issues. - Cultivate and sustain long-lasting relationships with current customers. - Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services. Qualifications Required: - Degree in management, marketing, communication, or a related field. - Previous experience in a relationship management, customer service, or similar role. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and ticketing systems. - Strong written and verbal communication skills along with excellent interpersonal abilities. - Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving capabilities. - Ability to multitask and demonstrate patience, especially in handling challenging situations.
