About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site, shift-based role for
freshers and experienced candidates (0-2 years)
. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be crucial in ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive experience. Your
key responsibilities
will include:
Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via
chat and phone
.
Providing accurate
quotations
and assisting customers with their purchase decisions.
Maintaining
accurate customer data
and comprehensive communication logs.
Collaborating effectively with internal teams to
resolve customer issues quickly
and efficiently.
Meeting important
lead-response and conversion targets
.

Who Were Looking For

Excellent spoken and written English
skills.
Fast and accurate typing skills
.
Strong customer service
and outstanding communication abilities.
Flexibility to work weekends or odd hours
as needed.
Sales experience is a bonus

Compensation & Benefits

Salary:
1,80,000 2,40,000 per annum (based on experience).
