As a member of Blue Rose Publishers, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Communicating with authors via calls, emails, and meetings to understand their requirements. - Identifying opportunities to upsell publishing, marketing, and promotional services. - Maintaining strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat engagement. - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. - Meeting and exceeding sales and upselling targets.
