Job Description

Role Responsibilities

  1. Conduct functional analysis, gather requirements, and document business processes
  2. Provide client training, product demonstrations, and technical support on Ambit ALM/ADI
  3. Log and manage customer issues via Salesforce, ensuring SLA-based resolutions
  4. Collaborate with PS and development teams for issue resolution and solution design

Key Deliverables

  1. Functional and technical documentation including SOW, VOS, and business workflows
  2. Accurate client training and user support on ALM, ADI, and profitability products
  3. Root cause analysis and resolution of customer issues with detailed follow-up
  4. Support in product demonstrations, valuation model understanding, and ALCO reporting compliance
