Banking Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and queries
Promote and cross-sell bank products like CASA, fixed deposits, loans, and insurance
Handle cash and teller functions accurately (if applicable)
Maintain customer records and ensure timely KYC/AML compliance
Support the branch team in achieving business and service targets
