Job Overview:
We are hiring a proactive and customer-focused Banking Officer to work closely with partner bank branches and offer personalized life insurance solutions. The role involves engaging with bank customers, understanding their financial needs, and recommending suitable products to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers through partner banks to promote life insurance products.
• Build strong relationships through regular customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Conduct needs-based financial discussions and recommend suitable solutions.
• Cross-sell/upsell life insurance products to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Provide ongoing support and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field .
• Age: 30 years or below.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in financial services.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of insurance products and sales processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
