Meet targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and resolution time

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are addressed promptly
Job Requirements:

Experience: 1 to 10 years in International Voice / BPO / Customer Service

Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills (mandatory)

Ability to work in night shifts (US timing)

Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving attitude

Typing skills and familiarity with basic computer systems
