Roles and responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound voice calls with customers from the us market
- Understand customer concerns and provide effective solutions
- Share correct and clear information related to products and services
- Maintain a professional, polite, and empathetic approach during calls
- Accurately log call details and customer information in internal systems
- Achieve performance standards related to quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal support teams for quick issue resolution
Eligibility criteria:
- 1 to 10 years of experience in international BPO, voice process, or customer service
- Excellent spoken English with strong communication skills
- Readiness to work night shifts as per us business hours
- Good interpersonal skills and a problem-solving mind set
- Basic computer knowledge with typing proficiency
