we are hiring customer support executives for an international voice process catering to us and aus customers. this is a voice-based bpo role involving both inbound and outbound calling.

key responsibilities

• handle customer queries through international voice calls (us process)
• resolve issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
• document customer interactions and update internal systems
• meet performance targets including aht, call quality, and resolution
• communicate fluently in english with accuracy and professionalism

required skills

• 1 year of international voice process experience (bpo only) preferred
• excellent verbal communication in english
• ability to work night shifts (us and aus timezone)
• basic computer knowledge and familiarity with crm tools

salary details

• 12 to 18 months of international voice experience:
• up to 5 lpa ctc (approx. 33,650/month) + incentives
• above 18 months of international voice experience:
• up to 5.5 lpa ctc (approx. 37,400/month) + incentives
