Role Overview: As an Inbound Customer Support Representative in Vadodara, you will be responsible for handling credit card inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service to customers. Your main focus will be on assisting customers and ensuring their satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with credit limit adjustments, card replacements, and account updates. - Educate customers on benefits, rewards, and policies. - Maintain records in CRM and ensure compliance with company policies. - Meet performance metrics and deliver a positive customer experience. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree required. - Customer service experience, preferably in financial services. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. Please note that the job type for this position is full-time with flexible shifts, mostly day shifts.
