Product Knowledge : Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services. Stay informed about product updates, features, and relevant information. Documentation : Document customer interactions and transactions accurately. Update customer information in the database during and after each interaction. Quality Assurance : Adhere to customer service policies and procedures. Ensure high - quality service delivery in line with company standards. Feedback Collection : Collect customer feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement. Provide feedback to the team and relevant departments for process enhancement. Cross - Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to resolve customer issues efficiently. Training and Development : Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer support. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
