This is a full-time on-site role for Customer Support Executives for Blended Process, located in the Mysore Urban district. The Customer Support Executive will handle day-to-day tasks such as providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing customer inquiries through online support, delivering exceptional customer service, and offering technical support. The role requires active communication with clients to resolve issues and improve their overall experience.
Job Description & Qualification
1) Strong knowledge of automobile parts, especially car components
2) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for daily reporting and data handling
3) Prior experience in the auto parts industry or a related role is preferred
4) Ability to work independently and identify products efficiently
5) Good communication skills in Malayalam are a must
6) Qualifications- PUC & Above
