Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote company services and generate leads
• Support the sales team by following up on inquiries, quotes, and pending proposals
• Maintain and update customer database, ensuring accurate contact and activity records
• Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to fulfil clients requirements
• Assist in preparing sales reports, client presentations, and quotation documents
• Handle inbound queries related to pricing, service offerings, and basic technical information
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified leads
• Provide post-sales support by coordinating updates and ensuring customer satisfaction

Qualifications and Skills

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree in any discipline. A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or International Business is a plus.

• Communication Skills:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Technical Skills:

  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Soft Skills:

  Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

• Team Player:

  Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
