📌 Job Title: Customer Service Executive – Import Documentation (Freight Forwarding) 📍 Location: Noida Sector 62 (Work from Office) 🕒 Experience: 1–4 years 🏢 Company: Sky Logitrans Pvt Ltd 🔹 About the Role: We are hiring a Customer Service Executive – Import Documentation to handle import shipments and documentation processes. This role requires prior experience in freight forwarding or CHA companies , preferably in air and sea import documentation . 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Prepare and file Bill of Entry (BOE) through ICEGATE and e-Sanchit. Coordinate with CHA, transporters, port authorities, and clients for seamless import clearance. Track and update import shipment status (Air & Sea). Handle client communication regarding documentation and clearance status. Maintain daily reports (DSR, shipment updates). Prepare import invoices, AWB, HBL, and related documents. Ensure customs compliance and accurate HS code classification. 🔹 Must-Have Experience: 1–4 years in freight forwarding or CHA companies . Hands-on with air and/or sea import documentation .
