Job Description

Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries promptly via phone and chat.
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions for product/service-related issues.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem-solving.
  • Escalate unresolved cases to the relevant department in a timely manner.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Achieve performance targets, including response time and customer satisfaction ratings.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in

    Telugu.

  • Previous experience in customer support, call centers, or a similar role is an advantage.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Ability to handle both

    chat and call support

    efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (if required).
