We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth customer experience through both chat and call support. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries promptly via phone and chat. Provide accurate information and effective solutions for product/service-related issues. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem-solving. Escalate unresolved cases to the relevant department in a timely manner. Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. Achieve performance targets, including response time and customer satisfaction ratings. Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Telugu. Previous experience in customer support, call centers, or a similar role is an advantage. Basic computer proficiency. Ability to handle both chat and call support efficiently. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (if required).
