Customer Interaction

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers.
  • Respond to customer queries, issues, or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information related to products, services, or orders

  • Identify customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain a calm and professional tone, even with difficult callers.
  • Ensure first-call resolution whenever possible.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any discipline (preferred). Undergraduates with relevant experience may also apply

03 years of experience in international voice process/customer support/technical support.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
