Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive, located in Kolkata. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and offering technical support. Daily tasks include managing online support channels and addressing customer issues promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Ability to manage and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work on-site in Kolkata
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • HS or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
