About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Warehouse Manager who can handle day-to-day courier dispatches efficiently and support our customers during non-peak hours. This is a dual-role position ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, responsible, and enjoys multitasking.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse & Dispatch Management:

• Oversee daily packaging and dispatch of courier shipments
• Ensure timely pickup coordination with courier partners
• Maintain shipment records, tracking data, and stock updates
• Perform quality checks before dispatch
• Manage returns and exchanges efficiently

Customer Support (During Free Time):

• Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, email, or calls
• Provide order updates, resolve delivery issues, and assist with post-purchase concerns
• Escalate product or service issues internally for quick resolution
• Maintain a log of customer interactions and feedback

Required Skills:

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Web, Email, etc.)
• Strong communication skills (English + regional language preferred)
• Prior experience in warehouse operations or customer service is a plus
• Highly reliable, punctual, and self-managed

Work Hours:

9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
