Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive at Vyapar, your main responsibility will be to answer incoming customer calls promptly and take necessary actions to address each query effectively. You will also be expected to respond to emails in a timely manner and follow up on customer calls as required. Maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings and updating customer records accurately will be crucial in this role. Additionally, attending training sessions to stay updated on product and company policies is essential. - Answer incoming customer calls and address queries appropriately to prevent escalations - Respond to emails promptly while adhering to process standards - Follow up on customer calls when necessary - Ensure customer satisfaction ratings meet company criteria - Attend mandatory training sessions to stay informed about product and policy changes - Utilize company policies to resolve customer issues efficiently - Update customer records accurately in the company computer platform - Graduate or equivalent qualification - Proficiency in relevant computer applications - Fluency in Hindi and English languages - Knowledge or experience in call center or customer service environment is an added advantage - Good data entry and typing skills,
