Customer Support Executive (Voice Process) As a Customer Service Representative in our Voice Process team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via Inbound and Outbound calls. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: β Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries, complaints, and service requests. β Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and processes. β Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary while ensuring customer satisfaction. β Engage with customers to foster loyalty and promote retention through professional and empathetic interactions. β Follow standard operating procedures, company policies, and guidelines during every customer interaction. β Ensure compliance with quality standards and KPIs like Average Handling Time (AHT), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and First Call Resolution (FCR). β Maintain accurate and detailed call logs, case notes, and customer interaction records using CRM software. β Share insights and feedback to help enhance customer service operations. β Strive to meet or exceed performance targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores. β Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends. β Candidate should have the ability to effectively manage work pressure in a dynamic environment. Qualifications: β High school diploma or equivalent β Graduate/Additional education or relevant certifications are a plus. Requirements: β Office-based role with 6 days of work and a rotational week off . β Candidates with voice process experience will have an advantage. β Excellent verbal communication skills in English. β Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment with a growing company. β Familiarity with CRM systems, and other relevant tools is beneficial. β Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude toward customer interactions. β Female and fresher candidates are preferred. β Immediate Joiners will be preferred Benefits: β Competitive salary ranging from βΉ2.5 LPA to βΉ3 LPA , with performance-based incentives. β Health insurance coverage and Provident Fund . β Opportunities for career growth and professional advancement. β A friendly and supportive work environment.
