Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers for overdue payments.
Remind customers about pending dues and negotiate repayment plans.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely payments and reduce bad debts.
Escalate unresolved cases to the relevant department for further action.
Provide customers with necessary payment details and resolve queries.
Adhere to company policies, compliance guidelines, and legal regulations.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

Requirements:

Minimum High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
0-6 months of experience in collections.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong persuasion and problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Ability to handle stressful situations and work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
