Handle inbound voice calls and resolve customer queries

Who Can Apply:

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience

Graduates or undergraduates

Strong verbal communication skills in English (fluency level will determine the process)

Salary Structure:

Non-Premium Process: ₹14,000 – ₹15,000 (Basic English)

Premium Process: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 (Fluent English)

Ultra-Premium Process: ₹24,000 – ₹25,000 (Excellent spoken English)
