Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers, resolve queries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a problem-solving attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues, feedback, or appointment scheduling.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or company policies.
  • Log all interactions in the customer service database.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Assist with other support channels (e.g., email, chat) if needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
