Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Customer Support Executive working with USA & UK shifts. The Customer Support Executive will handle day-to-day tasks such as responding to customer inquiries, providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and offering both online and technical support. The role requires maintaining high standards of customer service while efficiently managing customer issues and queries.
