Customer Support Executive

Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, your role will involve responding promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries by telephone or email. You will need to maintain an updated knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customer service policies. Your friendly and welcoming manner with clients/customers will be essential in providing an overall great customer experience. You should be able to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple manner to customers and have great problem-solving abilities. Additionally, you must be able to work independently and handle customer issues in a timely manner.
