Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused

Customer Support Executive

to join our Real Estate Group. The role involves handling customer queries, managing property-related documentation, ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams, and providing an excellent customer service experience throughout the sales and post-sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction & Query Resolution
- Act as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries (calls, emails, walk-ins).
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding projects, pricing, documentation, and possession.
- Address complaints and ensure quick resolution while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Sales & Post-Sales Support
- Assist the sales team with customer follow-ups, booking confirmations, and agreement documentation.
- Coordinate with customers for payments, loan documentation, and registration formalities.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project updates, handovers, and possession schedules.
Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by proactive support and assistance.
- Gather feedback from customers and share insights with management for process improvements.
Coordination with Internal Teams
- Work closely with sales, legal, accounts, and project teams for customer requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation, records, and customer data management in CRM systems.
- Support in organizing site visits, client meetings, and handover events.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain customer interaction logs, complaints, and resolution records.
- Prepare MIS reports on customer support activities and share with management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulatory requirements (RERA).
