Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with travel planning, including itinerary creation and travel arrangements.
• Provide expert advice on travel sales, ensuring customers receive the best options tailored to their needs.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
• Engage in business development activities to identify new opportunities and expand our customer base.
• Handle inside sales inquiries and convert leads into successful bookings.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and address customer concerns promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and travel regulations to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field, preferably in the travel industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Proficient in travel planning and arrangements, with a solid understanding of travel sales processes.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools is a plus.
