Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  • Handle domestic voice process calls with a focus on providing timely resolutions and excellent service quality.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue escalation when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  • Meet performance targets for call handling time, first-call resolution rate, and overall customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment or related field (customer care/support).
  • Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts as per business requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
