Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  • Handle international/domestic voice process calls with a focus on providing timely resolutions.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to effectively address customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-2 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment (International/Domestic Voice Process).
  • Strong English language proficiency for effective communication with customers.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.
  • Basic computer knowledge for navigating CRM systems and other relevant tools.
