*📢 Job Opening: Customer Support Executive at Torero Softwares Ltd (Medica Software)📢* 📍 Location:* Lower Parel East, Mumbai ⏳ Job Type:* Full-time *Role Overview 🖥️* Join Torero Softwares Ltd as a Customer Support Executive and assist clients in resolving queries related to software, accounting, and GST while providing training sessions for our Medica software. *Key Responsibilities and Skills 🧑‍💻* *Client Support:* Assist clients with queries related to software, accounting, and GST by delivering high-quality solutions. *Software Training:* Lead training sessions to help clients make the most of the software. *Collaboration & Learning:* Work closely with a skilled technical team and stay updated with new software features—there's always something new to learn! *Skills:* Strong communication and problem-solving skills, basic knowledge of accounting and GST, familiarity with remote tools like Anydesk or TeamViewer is a plus. *Education 🎓* Commerce graduate preferred (freshers with knowledge of accounting and GST are welcome!) 12th Pass with experience in Customer Support (preferably in Software Products) can also apply.
