Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide product/service information and resolve issues efficiently.
Conduct proactive follow-ups, welcome/onboarding calls, feedback surveys, and retention outreach.
Upsell/cross-sell services as per campaign requirements.
Provide real-time assistance to customers via chat platforms. o Ensure accurate and helpful responses while maintaining a high chat handling speed.
• CRM & Documentation: o Accurately log customer interactions in the CRM system. o Maintain detailed and clear records of resolutions and follow-ups
