Job Description

Position: Executive/Sr. Executive Customer Service Operations

Location:

Role Summary:

The Customer Service Executive (CSE) is responsible for handling customer interactions, providing product/service information, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The ideal candidate is empathetic, customer-focused, and solution-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle outbound onboarding/welcome calls and address customer needs efficiently.
Provide accurate product information and ensure seamless onboarding with a focus on customer satisfaction (NPS).
Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-up within the defined TAT.
Update customer ads accurately across platforms (e.g., Sulekha) with 100% quality compliance.
Identify recurring issues and work towards permanent resolutions via process/system improvements.
Support inbound/outbound calls and ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
Collect positive customer ratings and contribute to overall team performance.

Skills & Requirements:

01+ years of experience in customer service.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Excel & Word.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally.
Ambitious, adaptable, and customer-focused.

Must be fluent in
English
and
Kannada
, along with either
Hindi
or
Telugu
.

Other Notes:

Experience in a customer service role is a plus.
