Job Summary: We are seeking a customer-focused and energetic individual to join our support team. The Customer Support (Voice & Chat with excel skill) will handle customer interactions through calls and live chat, ensuring timely resolution of issues, accurate information delivery, and an excellent overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming and outgoing calls and chat interactions with customers. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and order status. Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues within defined SLAs Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures. Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline. Experience: 1–2 years in customer service (voice/chat/email process). Communication: Excellent verbal and written English (other languages a plus).
