Job Title: Customer Service Executive (GPS Tracker)
Experience: Minimum 6 months
Company Overview:
We are hiring for our client company part of the Mahindra Group, is a leading Agri-Tech company providing IoT-based GPS tracking solutions for tractors. These devices help farmers across India improve operational efficiency, save costs, enhance security, and manage their farm equipment more effectively.
Languages Required (Mandatory): Hindi
Plus one of: Bengali / Odia / Punjabi
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with GPS tracker services.
Provide accurate information and basic troubleshooting assistance.
Maintain customer records and call logs.
Resolve issues promptly and escalate complex cases when required.
Deliver courteous and professional communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th-grade education.
Fluency in Hindi, English, and at least one regional language (Bengali, Odia, Punjabi).
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
