Executive is to handle calls from customers or clients and provide them with a solution to their queries
Strong Follow up with the clients/Vendors and maintain the database.
Giving a resolution to the customers or clients should be the whole and sole responsibility.

Knowledge in Excel / fluency in English is a must and Also know Hindi/Marathi/Gujarati
