Customers will seek help with replacement cards, balance checks, and contact information updates. Successful associates can distinguish varying levels of customer complexity & communicate effectively. Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining professionalism. Maintain records of patient interactions and escalate complex cases when needed. What we're looking for: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
